I’m Stephanie, a Virginia-based implementation and operational execution professional. I like being close to the moment when a plan becomes real, when people, information, logistics, and decisions have to come together for a successful launch.

For more than a decade, I’ve worked across industrial manufacturing, workplace SaaS, and live production, helping teams prepare for and deliver customer onboarding programs, multi-site initiatives, trade show installations, and other high-visibility activations. I’m often the person making sure the pieces connect: coordinating partners and dependencies, preparing teams and materials, creating practical guidance, and keeping the work moving from early planning through live execution.

I bring an operator’s discipline, a communicator’s instinct, and a creative eye to the work. I consider both sides of delivery, what internal teams and partners need to execute well, and what customers or end users need to feel informed, prepared, and confident. That perspective helps me anticipate gaps, translate complexity, and shape experiences that work in practice, not just on paper.
